Welcome to Roalin

These Terms of Service govern your use of Roalin. By accessing or using Roalin, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Roalin, you confirm that you're at least 16 years old and agree to these Terms. If you're using Roalin on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Your Account

Account Creation: You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.

Account Termination: You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Multiple Accounts: Creating multiple accounts to evade restrictions or misrepresent yourself is prohibited.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Roalin to:

• Harass, bully, or threaten others
• Post illegal content or promote illegal activities
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Share sexually explicit content
• Spread misinformation or spam
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts
• Use automated systems to post or interact
• Violate others' intellectual property rights

4. Content Rights

Your Content: You retain ownership of the content you post on Roalin. By posting content, you grant us a license to display, distribute, and modify that content solely to operate Roalin.

Our Content: The Roalin software, design, logos, and trademarks are owned by BlueBuzzer LLC. You may not use them without our permission.

Reporting Copyright: If you believe content on Roalin infringes your copyright, contact us at copyright@roalin.com with details.

5. Crew Guidelines

Crew owners and moderators may establish additional rules for their crews. However, crew rules may not violate these Terms. We reserve the right to remove crews that consistently violate community standards.

Crew owners are responsible for moderation within their crews. We provide tools but expect crew leadership to maintain respectful environments.

6. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using Roalin, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Service Modifications

We continuously improve Roalin and may add, modify, or remove features at any time. We'll try to provide notice for significant changes that affect your use of the service.

We don't guarantee that Roalin will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Roalin and BlueBuzzer LLC are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data or content
• Interactions with other users
• Third-party content or services

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where BlueBuzzer LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes through the app or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
